Mayer Brown advises Igneo Infrastructure Partners on acquisition of majority equity interest in Soltage

Mayer Brown advised Igneo Infrastructure Partners, a global infrastructure investment manager, on the acquisition of a majority equity interest in Soltage, LLC, a renewable power producer operating in 18 US states. The transaction is expected to close later this year.

The multi-office, multi-practice team was led by Corporate & Securities partners Jason Wagenmaker (Chicago) and Mark Williams (Washington DC), Banking & Finance partner Rob Goldberg (Houston), and Tax partners Dan Kiely and Jason Bazar (both New York).
