Mayer Brown partner Jason Linder named a “Top White Collar Lawyer” by Daily Journal

Mayer Brown partner Jason Linder has been named to the Daily Journal’s list of 2023 Top White Collar Lawyers, which honors the leading white collar defense lawyers throughout the entire state of California.

In his profile, Daily Journal recognizes Jason for co-leading the defense of 3M in a DOJ and SEC FCPA investigation. The publication also highlights his representation of two senior former executives from the related companies Alameda Research and FTX in multiple proceedings related to the collapse of FTX, including investigations by the DOJ, SEC, CFTC, and foreign authorities; bankruptcy proceedings; and class action civil lawsuits.

Jason co-leads Mayer Brown’s Global Investigations & White Collar Defense practice. He counsels and defends boards, multinational companies, and executives through corporate crises and government and media scrutiny; leads internal and government-facing investigations; and provides proactive compliance counseling.
