Tauil & Chequer Advogados advises Itaú bank, XP Investimentos and Votorantim bank on CTEEP's R$ 1.3 billion debenture issuance

Tauil & Chequer Advogados in association with Mayer Brown advised Banco Itaú BBA, XP Investimentos and Banco Votorantim on the public offering of debentures by CTEEP – Companhia de Transmissão de Energia Elétrica Paulista in the total amount of approximately R$ 1.3 billion.

The funds will be directed towards investments and/or reimbursement of expenses related to ANEEL’s Transmission Auction No. 001/2023, lots 1 and 7, as well as debt refinancing and cash replenishment of the company.
