Tauil & Chequer Advogados counseled in two series of issuances of the ICRED FGTS fund, worth R$ 808.3 million

Tauil & Chequer Advogados in association with Mayer Brown acted as deal counsel in the public offerings for the distribution of two series of shares from the first issuance of the ICRED FGTS Fund. The offer was intermediated by ABC Brasil DTVM, and the total added value was R$ 808.3 million.

The first series was settled for the value of R$ 484.5 million, and the second series was settled for R$ 323.8 million.

The team was led by partner Bruno Cerqueira and included associate Sarah Gnocchi Dardenne, both from the Capital Markets & Securitization area.
