Mayer Brown partners named to Benchmark Litigation‘s 2024 “40 & Under” list
Mayer Brown Litigation & Dispute Resolution partners Gina Aiello, Minh Nguyen-Dang, Avi Kupfer, Rachel Lamorte, Niketa Patel, Daniel Queen, Rory Schneider, and Brantley Webb were selected to Benchmark Litigation‘s 2024 “40 & Under” list, which honors the “best and brightest litigators across the US and Canada,” according to the publication.
Gina’s focuses her practice on products liability, mass and toxic torts and complex commercial litigation. Gina has experience in all phases of litigation in state, federal and multidistrict proceedings and has been a member of several trial teams in high-stakes lawsuits seeking multiple millions in damages.
Minh focuses his practice on briefing and arguing appeals and dispositive motions in federal and state courts. He represents clients in a wide variety of civil actions, including commercial actions, contract disputes, class actions, mass torts, tax, and IP disputes.
Avi focuses his practice on federal regulatory and enforcement matters and advising on compliance and permitting issues, and he has particular expertise in environmental and natural resources litigation. Niketa is the co-leader of Mayer Brown’s New York Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice. Niketa is a skilled trial litigator and clients seek out her experience with motions in limine, trial testimony, directed-verdict and post-trial motions, jury instructions, and a myriad of evidentiary issues.
Dan is a seasoned trial and appellate litigator whose practice focuses on consumer class action defense and commercial litigation.
