Mayer Brown partner Lauren Pryor has been honored as a 2024 “Woman Worth Watching in Leadership” by Profiles in Diversity Journal. Lauren is recognized by the magazine for her successful career, leadership, and mentorship of young professionals in the legal industry.

A co-leader of Mayer Brown’s Financial Services practice and co-leader of the Financial Services M&A group, Lauren has led numerous market-leading mortgage M&A transactions over the years, including acquisitions of substantial mortgage origination businesses, sales of mortgage servicers, joint venture arrangements, and mortgage servicing transactions. Lauren also serves as a member of the firm's Management Advisory Board.
