Tauil & Chequer Advogados advised CCR CPC and Daycoval on the issuance of BRL 74 million in debentures of CCR CPC

Tauil & Chequer Advogados in association with Mayer Brown acted as deal counsel to Companhia de Participações em Concessões S.A. (CCR CPC), as the issuer, and Banco Daycoval S.A., as the lead underwriter, in connection with the public offering of debentures issued by CCR CPC, in the amount of BRL 74 million.
The transaction was led by partner Luis Otero Montes, with the participation of associates Julia Zarth and Yasmin Rópa, all from the Banking and Finance practice.
