Clients trust Rebecca Davenport for advice on complex qualified retirement plan design and administration issues in light of her many years advising on these topics. Rebecca knows the ins and outs of all aspects of defined benefit pension plan terminations and annuitizations, having been integral to several terminations and annuitizations of various sizes and complexity. Rebecca'’s clients also reach out to her to advise on questions regarding welfare benefit plans and for help with integrating employee benefit plans following corporate transactions. Representing clients in relation to various government agencies (IRS, DOL, PBGC) has also been a focus, guiding clients through demanding audits and navigating IRS principles and programs to solve for qualified plan and nonqualified deferred compensation plan errors.
