Aperçu

Matthew Fenn represents national and multinational corporations, and directors and officers of those corporations, in complex litigation in federal and state courts, as well as in complex white collar and regulatory defense and internal investigations.

Matt’s civil litigation experience spans a wide range of industries and subject areas, with a focus on post-acquisition, business, and financial services disputes.
