- Representation of international boutique hotel investor in the purchase of their first US asset for $15.5 Million, a 147 room hotel on Manhattan’s East Side.
- Representation of a hotel investment firm in the purchase of two franchised Charlotte-area hotels out of bankruptcy for $45 Million.
Borrower Side Financing Transactions
- Representation of a hotel investment firm on the refinance of $65 Million loan secured by a flagged hotel in Los Angeles.
- Representation of the owner of a single-tenant office property in South Carolina in the workout of a CMBS loan with the special servicer.
- Representation of a developer in the assemblage and financing of lots for a proposed New York City multifamily project.
- Representation of a property owner in the restructure of its tenancy-in-common ownership structure regarding a New York City property, purchase of a co-investor’s ownership interests, and refinance of the property’s existing debt.
- Representation of an investor on the $50 Million refinance of existing debt secured by a Houston shopping center which includes the construction of additional space for a new anchor tenant.
