Avocat au Barreau de Paris, Guillaume Kuperfils dirige le département Corporate & Securities du bureau parisien et est également co-responsable de la pratique Private Equity au sein de Mayer Brown. Guillaume était précédemment membre du Partnership Board de la firme (2015-2021).

Guillaume conseille des fonds et des sociétés d’investissement de première importance ainsi que des groupes industriels ou de services à l’occasion de leurs opérations d’acquisition ou de cession d’actifs, de la constitution de joint ventures, ainsi que leurs problématiques de gouvernance, fréquemment dans le cadre d’opérations transfrontalières. Guillaume dispose en outre d’une grande expérience dans le domaine de l’acquisition par des fonds ou des sociétés d’investissement de participations dans des sociétés cotées (P to P’s, Pipes).
