Miranda Katz assists foreign and domestic clients on a range of matters in federal and state court, and before arbitral tribunals. She works on all phases of litigation, including by drafting pleadings, memoranda to clients, letters, motions, and mediation statements. She is involved in all aspects of discovery—assisting with fact investigation, creating coding panels and search protocols, analyzing documents both offensively and defensively, conducting privilege reviews, and preparing for and assisting with depositions. Miranda maintains an active pro bono practice and is currently focused on representing New York City homeowners faced with forced partition actions in conjunction with the City Bar Justice Center's Homeowner Stability Project.
