Beatriz has also been involved in numerous structured financing transactions related to investments and the development of infrastructure projects (project finance), as well as corporate and acquisition finance deals, out-of-court debt restructurings, and capital markets transactions (with a specific emphasis on debt offerings), both domestically in Brazil and internationally.

• Advised on the acquisition financing structure for the first privatization of a state-owned sanitation company in Brazil. The transaction, totalling BRL 3 billion, involved a syndicate of eight prominent private banks in the country.
• Advised on the structuring of BNDES’ largest US dollar-indexed loan for a renewable energy project, totalling USD 477.8, which involved the issuance of bank guarantee letters. The PPA associated with the project is one of the largest PPAs in Latin America dedicated to a single client and has the potential to provide energy to over 3 million people.
• Advised on the debt restructuring of one of the largest Brazilian energy companies, entailing full prepayment of NY governed debt to the Inter-American Investment Corporation, Inter-American Development Bank, China Co-Financing Fund for Latin America and the Caribbean, and the International Finance Corporation. The complexity of this deal was further heightened by securing consent from noteholders holding NY governed debt securities issued by Swiss Insured Brazil Power Finance S.à r.l. (credit notes), resulting in the complete mandatory repurchase of the company's initial Brazilian debentures issuance (which were guaranteed by an insurance policy issued by a Swiss export credit agency (ECA) and subsequent full prepayment of the Credit Notes.
• Advised a prestigious financial institution from the United States in obtaining operating licenses from the Central Bank of Brazil for its securities brokerage in the country. This expansion enabled the institution to offer investment banking services in Brazil, adding to its existing presence in 7 global locations.
