Dr. Jörg Michael Lang

Jörg has extensive experience acting for investors, asset managers, funds and banks in all kinds of investment, development and finance transactions.

His focus is on real estate and corporate law, including mergers and acquisitions as well as corporate finance. This includes the consulting, drafting, notarization and execution of sale and purchase agreements; the acquisition, creation and restructuring of real estate companies and funds; the creation of real estate liens; the formation and liquidation of companies of all legal forms; all types of company purchase agreements and shareholder agreements; and the formation of joint ventures, capital measures; and the transformation and pledge of shares.
