Michael Loquercio is counsel in Mayer Brown’s Tax Transactions & Consulting practice. His practice focuses on transactions involving domestic, inbound and outbound investment and finance. Michael regularly advises investment fund sponsors, managers and investors on acquisitions, divestitures, financing and asset holding structures, including efficient structures for tax exempt, foreign and sovereign investors. He also has extensive experience representing domestic and foreign sponsors, issuers, intermediaries and investors entering into structured finance transactions, derivative transactions and debt, equity and other securities offerings.
