Maura McDevitt is an associate in Mayer Brown’s New York office and a member of the Litigation & Dispute Resolution group, currently on secondment to the London office. Her practice focuses on complex commercial and financial services litigation and investigations. Maura's experience includes representing multinational corporations and other clients in securities and commodities litigation, including RMBS litigation and shareholder derivative lawsuits, cross-border government and internal investigations, and benchmark rate class actions. She also advises clients on the implementation of policies and procedures designed to assist in meeting information preservation and electronic discovery obligations, particularly in the UK and Europe. Many of Maura’s recent experiences resulted in Law360 recognizing Mayer Brown as a “Banking Group of the Year” in 2018 and 2017.
