Ryan M. Michalko

Ryan Michalko is a Banking & Finance staff attorney in Mayer Brown's Charlotte office. His practice centers on structured finance, advising financial institutions on the structuring and negotiation of financings, including asset-backed securities, collateralized loan obligations, and the purchase and sale of financial assets, as well as representing lenders in negotiating and documenting subscription credit facilities to private equity and real estate funds. Ryan earned his JD from the University of North Carolina School of Law, his LL.M. in International and European Business Law from Universidad Pontificia Comillas in Madrid, Spain and his Bachelor of Arts from George Washington University’s Elliot School of International Affairs.
