Wil Magaha

Wil Magaha is an associate in Mayer Brown's Charlotte office and a member of the Banking & Finance practice. Wil focuses his practice on representing financial institutions, investment funds, and corporate borrowers in a variety of finance transactions including subscription-backed credit facilities, asset-based financings, and note issuances. Prior to joining Mayer Brown, Wil was a finance associate in the Charlotte office of a regional firm where he represented underwriters, lenders, issuers, and borrowers in structured finance transactions and syndicated credit facilities.
