Will McElhaney advises clients on antitrust litigation and investigations, antitrust risk assessments in the context of mergers and acquisitions, and white collar investigations. Specifically, he has represented clients in the athletic, educational, agricultural, fintech, and banking sectors. He has experience in preparing for and taking depositions, conducting research related to dispositive motions and discovery disputes, and preparing materials for expert witnesses. In addition, Will is a Mayer Brown Pro Bono All Star, and dedicates substantial time to pro bono matters related to First Amendment and voting rights.
Will received his JD from Harvard Law School cum laude, where he served as an editor on the Harvard Civil Rights-Civil Liberty Law Review. Before attending law school, Will studied Business Economics at the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University, where he was the recipient of the Lionel D. Edie Award, which is awarded to the highest-ranking graduating senior majoring in business economics.
