Michelle Ng has experience in commercial disputes, financial services disputes, contractual disputes, real estate disputes, contentious construction work, enforcement proceedings and regulatory matters. Clients that she advises include reputable banks and financial institutions, listed companies, multinational corporations, property developers and high net-worth individuals.

Michelle has worked in our Washington DC office and also regularly assists in representing and advising companies in the U.S. and Asia in international trade disputes and investigations, including antidumping duty (AD), countervailing duty (CVD) and customs matters, as well as Section 201 (global safeguards), Section 232 (national security), and Section 301 (unfair trade investigation) actions.

Michelle is fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

  • Acted for a major Chinese bank in the enforcement of Mainland judgments in Hong Kong.
  • Assisted a major Hong Kong company in Competition Commission of Hong Kong’s investigations.
  • Represented an international technological hardware manufacturer in Independent Commission Against Corruption investigations.
  • Assisted various U.S. and Asian companies in U.S. Department of Commerce and U.S. International Trade Commission antidumping and countervailing duty investigations.
  • Represented Chinese manufacturers in U.S. customs matters.
