Aperçu
Eric Reilly and his team provide strategic solutions for the origination, interim financing, and securitization of mortgage loans.
Eric regularly represents borrowers and lenders in commercial, multifamily, and residential mortgage warehouse facilities, including facilities structured to finance non-performing loans, non-QM loans, reverse mortgage loans, and home equity loans. Eric also represents financial institutions and finance companies in the securitization of mortgage loans and other real estate assets, including advising issuers and underwriters in the structuring and execution of CRE CLOs.
Additionally, Eric represents purchasers and sellers of whole loan pools, underwriters in connection with mortgage insurance-linked note transactions, and mortgage loan originators and servicers in connection with servicing agreements and servicing rights sales and financings.
Eric previously served as law clerk to the Honorable Gloria M. Burns, US Bankruptcy Court, District of New Jersey.
