She advises a full spectrum of clients, including international and national energy companies, E&P independents, project developers, host governments, commodity traders, and off-takers in relation to major LNG and energy projects, upstream oil and gas acquisitions and disposals, and commodity marketing and trading. Priya is consistently recognized by global legal directories across the Asia-Pacific region and the Middle East.

Priya’s in-depth understanding of the risks and issues particular to the LNG industry provides significant value to her clients. She has advised E&P companies and project developers on major LNG projects (both regasification and liquefaction projects) across the Asia-Pacific region and has significant off-take experience, having advised clients on the terms of sale and purchase agreements for both long-term and short-term supply of LNG (including on LNG master sale and purchase agreements). She also has extensive knowledge of LNG receiving terminal capacity and use agreements, including inter-customer arrangements for multi-user LNG terminals.

In the upstream oil and gas space, Priya has advised on some of the most complex corporate and asset level acquisitions and disposals, PSC and other concession arrangements, E&P joint ventures, natural gas sales and transportation arrangements, and unitizations across the Asia-Pacific region, as well as in Africa, the Middle East, and Europe.
