Artemis’s ILS Asia 2021 returned this year, held online and virtually, hosting sessions between Thursday, July 8 and Wednesday, July 14, 2021. ILS Asia 2021 is the definitive annual insurance-linked securities meeting for Asia, facilitating introductions and connections between the region and mature-market based ILS executives.
Mayer Brown partner Ricky Spitzer served on the "Hong Kong ILS considerations for sponsors and investors” panel on July 8, 2021 discussing considerations for sponsors and investors related to Hong Kong’s emerging ILS platform. He was joined by industry experts: Stefan Krauchi, ILS Advisers; Andy Souter, Peak Re; and Simon Lam, Hong Kong Insurance Authority. The panel session was moderated by Artemis editor Steve Evans.
