Practical challenges of the EU Foreign Subsidies Regulation

On 11 October 2023, Mayer Brown hosted King’s College London Alumni of Belgium for an event titled “Practical challenges of the EU Foreign Subsidies Regulation (FSR)” attended by more than 70 participants. This event was part of King’s College London European & Competition Law Speakers series, and was timely as the notification obligations under the FSR came into force on the following day. Antitrust & Competition partner Andrea Pomana and associate Camille Worms led the panel discussion alongside panelists from Deutsche Bahn AG and the European Commission - DG Competition.
