Transactional Liability Insurance Roundtable 2024

Mayer Brown hosted its most recent Transactional Liability Insurance Roundtable on May 16, 2024 in our London office. The roundtable is designed for industry professionals and speakers include M&A and tax professionals who represent both underwriters and insureds in underwriting and procuring these insurance products.

This year, we covered topics such M&A and market trends, the outlook for 2024 and how this may impact the transactional liability market, and other specific areas of interest including tax and artificial intelligence.
