Mayer Brown represents Mitsubishi and NTT on acquisition of 30% stake in HERE Technologies

Mayer Brown advised Mitsubishi Corporation (Mitsubishi) and Nippon Telegraph and Telephone Corporation (NTT) on the purchase of a 30% interest in HERE Technologies, a provider of mapping and location data, navigation software and related services.

The transaction is a joint investment between Mitsubishi and NTT, through a newly established, jointly owned holding company, as part of the broader business alliance between Mitsubishi and NTT.

The team was led by Corporate & Securities partners Carsten Flaßhoff (Dusseldorf) and Marjorie Loeb (Chicago) and involved a Mayer Brown team across nine practices and 12 offices.
