Mayer Brown advises Marlin Equity Partners on growth investment in Learning Pool

London — Mayer Brown has advised Marlin Equity Partners (“Marlin”) on its growth investment in Learning Pool, a market-leading e-learning company. Headquartered in Derry, Northern Ireland, Learning Pool serves over 1,100 middle-market and enterprise customers across the UK and US with a full suite of eLearning products and services.
