Mayer Brown partner Ruth Zadikany was named a 2023 “Lawyer on the Fast Track” by The Recorder. The award honors “the next generation of legal leaders” under the age of 40.

Based in Los Angeles, Ruth is a member of the firm’s Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice and co-leader of its US Employment Litigation and Counseling Group. She focuses her practice on representing clients in a broad range of labor and employment-related matters, as well as other high-stakes complex litigation. In addition to these roles, Ruth is the head of the Women’s Initiative in the LA office and is a member of the firm’s AI Steering Committee.
