Mayer Brown advises UI Investissement and GENEO Capital Entrepreneur on their acquisition of a stake in Didactic

Paris - The Finance team advised private equity firms UI Investissement and GENEO Capital Entrepreneur on their acquisition of a stake in Didactic.

Alongside Bpifrance, MACSF and the management team, UI Investissement and GENEO Capital Entrepreneur aim to strengthen Didactic's leadership position in the infectious risk management and perfusion markets, particularly internationally. They are taking over from FCDE, which had been a shareholder for 3 years.

With the support of its new shareholders, Didactic is now ideally positioned to deliver an ambitious external growth strategy and become the European leader in infectious risk prevention.
