Nicole A. Grabianowski

Nicole Grabianowski is an associate in the Banking & Finance group in Mayer Brown’s Chicago office. She represents a variety of financial institutions, both institutional and private credit lenders, in connection with a vast array of lending transactions, including leveraged buyouts, working capital financings, cash flow and asset-based financings, recapitalizations, add-on acquisitions and other credit transactions. She also represents borrowers and private equity sponsors in similar financing transactions. Nicole is qualified in handling a broad variety of deal types and sizes that span all types of industries, including secured and unsecured, first lien and second lien, syndicated and single-lender, mezzanine, cross-border and multi-currency facilities.
