Marine Hamon advises French and foreign corporations on all matters related to French Employment and Labor Law. She also represents their interests before French courts.
She assists a wide array of clients and provides pragmatic and business oriented advice on day-to-day human resources issues. She also assists on more specific projects such as collective redundancies, transfer of employees or the implementation of shareholding plans (FCPE/PEE) in France and abroad.
Clients notably turn to Marine for her extensive experience on employment-related investigations and complex negotiations. Over the years, she has also gained extensive experience in employees' intellectual property issues.
She is a regular contributor to various international legal conferences, publications, and clients’ newsletters.
Prior to joining Mayer Brown, she has worked for major American law firms in Paris during several years.
