Tim Healy Kavanagh

Tim acts for lenders, sponsors and borrowers on a range of structured finance transactions such as public and private securitisations across a wide variety of asset classes and loan-on-loan financings. He recently completed a client secondment to the structured finance team of a large UK bank. Prior to joining Mayer Brown, Tim worked from the Dublin office of a leading Irish law firm.
