J. Nicole James

J. Nicole James is an associate in the New York office of Mayer Brown’s Banking & Finance practice, where her practice is concentrated in the area of structured finance, real estate finance matters and other mortgage loan finance transactions. In this capacity, she has represented borrowers, financial institutions, insurance companies, lenders, mortgage loan sellers and servicers in a broad range of lending, financing and warehouse lending transactions. Her experience includes advising on the financing of residential mortgage loans, commercial mortgage loans, single family rentals, non-performing and re-performing loans, fix and flip loans and consumer loans.
