Hervé Kensicher serves clients on transactional banking and finance work, including domestic and multi-jurisdictional property finance, structured finance, project finance and public utilities, performing and distressed debt portfolio disposals, and debt restructuring. He assists investors, borrowers, and lenders on the negotiation or renegotiation of their real estate loans. Hervé is a key counsel to providers, purchasers, and sellers of real estate debt.

In addition to his native French, Hervé is fluent in English and has a working knowledge of German.

Hines, on behalf of the HEPP fund (Hines European Properties Partners), on the financing of its acquisition of the Onyx portfolio, comprising five logistics located in France totalling 130,000 sqm.
BentallGreenOak on the acquisition of Corelog’s portfolio of French logistics assets.
BentallGreenOak in connection with the disposal of French assets out of a pan-European logistics assets portfolio.
A real estate investment firm on its portfolio of logistics properties with a mortgage loan facility arranged by a French bank.
