Clients turn to Jason Kirschner for advice on complex commercial and bankruptcy litigation matters before state and federal trial and appellate courts. He has significant experience representing financial institutions and other companies in lender liability, securities fraud, common law fraud, and breach of contract actions, including actions pertaining to the sale of RMBS and other complex financial products; and his securities fraud experience includes claims based on Sections 10(b), 11, and 12, "blue sky" laws, and insider trading. While the majority of Jason’s engagements are on the defense side—where he has secured the dismissal of fraud and other claims seeking billions of dollars—he has also obtained substantial judgments for his clients in connection with veil-piercing, fraudulent transfer, breach of contract, and foreign judgment enforcement claims.
