Malcolm Peck-McQueen represents financial institutions, private equity and other investment funds and commercial borrowers in a variety of secured and unsecured finance transactions, including subscription-backed credit facilities, hybrid (NAV) facilities, bi-lateral loans, syndicated financings, bridge loans, acquisition financing arrangements, asset-based financings and partner loan programs.
Prior to joining Mayer Brown, Malcolm practiced law at a prominent Canadian law firm in Toronto, where he maintained a diverse finance and derivatives practice that touched on syndicated and bilateral loans, project finance, public debt offerings, securitizations and derivatives transactional and regulatory matters. He has also practiced public and private fund formation and investment management.
Malcolm earned his JD from Osgoode Hall Law School of York University and his Bachelor of Arts, with high distinction, from the University of Toronto. Malcolm is admitted to practice in New York, Massachusetts and Ontario, Canada.
