Stephanie Hurst is a partner in the Corporate & Securities practice in Los Angeles whose practice focuses on M&A, venture capital, private equity and other corporate transactions, including joint ventures and other collaborations, with a particular focus on cross-border transactions. She also advises management and boards on corporate governance, risk management, regulatory and ESG matters.

Stephanie is active across a range of industries and transactions, including tech/media, food & agribusiness, healthcare, infrastructure and cleantech. Given her cross-border focus and expertise, Stephanie routinely advises Asian, European and other non-US clients looking to set up operations in the US and to make in-bound US investments. Stephanie spent almost two years in Mayer Brown’s Hong Kong office and routinely works with our offices around the world.

Stephanie is an active member of our ESG and Digital Assets practices.

She was also selected as a “Women of Influence: Attorneys” by the Los Angeles Business Journal.
