Real Estate partner Jasmine Chiu (Hong Kong) is quoted in a Bloomberg article on private credit lenders and distressed property developers in Hong Kong,
“There are family offices and asset management companies which are establishing this new business line just as private credit funds," Jasmine said. “They all seek to increase their portfolios for private credit.”
