Three Mayer Brown lawyers selected for Leadership Council on Legal Diversity’s 2021 programs
Mayer Brown announced that Public Policy, Regulatory & Political Law associate Gretel Echarte (Washington DC) has been named a 2021 Fellow of the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD). In addition, Litigation & Dispute Resolution associate Marjan Batchelor (Houston) and Financial Services Regulatory & Enforcement associate Anjali Garg (Washington DC) have been selected for LCLD’s 2021 Pathfinder program.
As a Fellow, Ms. Echarte will join a diverse group of high-potential and mid-career attorneys in a year-long professional development series focusing on leadership and relationship building.
Ms. Batchelor and Ms. Garg will join other high-performing and early-career attorneys in an intensive professional development series focusing on foundational leadership skills, professional networking and relationship building skills, and career development strategies.
Founded in 2009, LCLD is an organization of more than 350 members who serve as either general counsel of major corporations or managing partners of the nation's leading law firms. LCLD Members participate widely in taking action and challenging the legal profession to prepare future generations of diverse talent for the highest positions of leadership.
