Cloe Anderson helps clients navigate commercial and antitrust litigation and assess antitrust risk for mergers and acquisitions. Cloe has experience in a variety of industries, including insurance, higher education, and food and beverage. She maintains an active pro bono practice focused on voting rights.
Before joining Mayer Brown, Cloe clerked in the US District Court for the Western District of Kentucky. Cloe received her JD from Vanderbilt Law School, where she was a Notes Editor for the Vanderbilt Law Review. She graduated cum laude with a BA in Political Science and Public Policy from Vanderbilt University.
