  • La Française des Jeux in the notification of transactions, notably the acquisition of ZEturf, cleared subject to remedies.
  • GeoPost/DPDgroup on the coordination of the multi-filings of several transactions in Europe and beyond.
  • Vinci Construction in the challenge of dawn raids organized by the Polynesian Competition Authority, winning full annulment of the said dawn raids (decision overturned,, appeals pending).
  • La Française des Jeux in the notification of transactions, notably the acquisition of ZEturf, cleared subject to remedies.
