Tauil & Chequer Advogados (T&C), in association with Mayer Brown, advised Orizon Valorização de Resíduos, a sustainable waste management company, on a private issuance of shares totaling US$ 67 million (R$ 348 million). The capital increase is designed to capitalize certain credits held against the Company.
