Visión general
Thiago Cesar is an associate in the Capital Markets & Securitization practice of Tauil & Chequer Advogados in association with Mayer Brown in the São Paulo office. He advises companies, shareholders, financial institutions and institutional investors in a wide variety of finance, securities and corporate transactions, with particular emphasis on public offerings of securities.
Thiago also advises publicly held companies and financial institutions on financial and securities regulatory matters under the jurisdiction of the Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM), the National Monetary Council (CMN) and the Brazilian Central Bank (BACEN), as well as self-regulating entities such as Brazilian stock exchange (B3) and the Brazilian Capital and Financial Markets Association (ANBIMA), in addition to assisting companies in registering with the CVM and listing for trading (or migrating to a special trading segment) on B3.
