London International Disputes Week

This year’s London International Disputes Week (LIDW) will debate the future of dispute resolution and London’s place at the centre of that. For the first time the week will feature a day dedicated to international discussion of dispute resolution across a number of jurisdictions from Asia through to the West Coast.

With a two-day hybrid conference at Central Hall Westminster at its centre, LIDW22 will also feature a series of events hosted by LIDW members, including Mayer Brown, around its theme of ‘Dispute Resolution – Global, Sustainable, Ethical?’

Spanning five days, LIDW will feature various interactive sessions and networking events. Mayer Brown will be hosting it’s Brazil: mega investments, global disputes – London as a jurisdiction of choice for Brazilian international disputes session on May 09 involving Luiz Aboim as moderator alongside Gustavo Fernandes who’ll also be speaking. On May 13, Rachael O’Grady will speak at the States as first class citizens? Special treatment for states in international disputes session held later that week.
