Pensions Trustee Building Blocks Class: DC Governance

Our Building Blocks Classes aim to give trustees a better understanding of some of the key areas of pensions and trust law. Each class considers a specific issue or area which trustees are likely to encounter in their role.
On 17 May 2023, we will be holding a Building Blocks Class on DC governance. The class will cover topics including:
- How DC schemes differ from DB schemes and what this means for trustees.
- Statutory governance standards and charging restrictions.
- The Pensions Regulator’s approach to DC governance.
The class will be relevant to trustees of DC schemes and trustees of hybrid schemes with a DC section.
