Mayer Brown is proud to be a lead affiliate of Northwestern Law’s 44th Annual Ray Garrett Jr. Corporate & Securities Law Institute taking place September 26-27, 2024. This two-day, in-person event brings together senior officials from the Securities and Exchange Commission and leading securities practitioners.
The Garrett Institute is designed to provide private practitioners and corporate counsel with a timely analysis of current securities and corporate law developments confronting publicly and privately held corporations. This programming is relevant for both in-house and firm professionals.
It will feature topics in corporate and securities law, including M&A, corporate governance, and SEC updates. William Kucera, a partner in Mayer Brown’s Corporate & Securities practice and co-leader of the firm’s Global M&A practice, will participate as Session Chair on a panel.
