Outsourcing 2024: Innovation and Disruption
Outsourcing 2024 will address the new fundamentals, key issues and best practices driven by rapid changes in technology, regulation, ways of working, and the global economy. This program will provide valuable insights on trends in how outsourcing agreements are changing, how to address increasingly stringent regulation, and how to manage and mitigate legal and business risks associated with transformational outsourcing projects, cybersecurity and privacy, global outsourcing, and other legal topics. This program will also highlight the growing impact of artificial intelligence (AI) on outsourcing and key legal considerations raised by AI. The program concludes with an ethics presentation specifically designed for the unique legal ethics issues affecting outsourcing practitioners.
