Mayer Brown hosted a briefing and discussion session in collaboration with ADS, the premier trade organisation for companies operating in the UK aerospace, defence, security and space sectors. This session reviewed recent and anticipated changes to space-related UK and US export controls, and explored the changes needed within UK frameworks to address emerging issues, such as satellite data, to support UK space sector exports.
The session featured speakers from UK Government, the United States Embassy, the Regulatory Horizons Council, Mayer Brown and ADS, and also included an industry panel comprising experts from ADS' space membership and the Export Group for Aerospace, Defence & Dual-Use (EGADD).
