Seventh AIRROC & Mayer Brown Runoff Deal Forum

The Association of Insurance & Reinsurance Run-Off Companies (AIRROC) and Mayer Brown are pleased to continue the tradition of our annual Deal Forum for its seventh year. Panelists will share their own experiences and insights, lessons learned, highlights and tips for success.

The Forum will open with a discussion regarding the State of the Market covering the broader financial and insurance markets as well as the property/casualty runoff market, chaired by Mayer Brown partner Vikram Sidhu. This will be followed by a panel entitled “Beyond the Deal: Navigating Post-Closing Challenges in Legacy Transactions” which will cover challenges and best practices from both a buy-side and sell-side perspective for runoff deals, moderated by Mayer Brown associate Juliana Toes. We will close the program with a panel on regulatory topics presented by Mayer Brown partners and will cover Expectations for the Trump Administration, an update on PFAS litigation and State Insurance Regulatory Developments.
