Mayer Brown and INSOL Asia Hub invite you to this seminar, which will consider the future of rescue financing in Singapore, the available rescue financing tools across jurisdictions and analyse their effectiveness. The panel will explore the relatively new rescue financing regime in Singapore and the role rescue financing can play in various commercial scenarios and transactions.

Rescue financing plays a key part of any restructuring or turnaround, whether it is the opportunity it presents to financiers to advance higher returning debt or as a lifeline to the debtor companies. Rescue financing frameworks can also be leveraged in turbulent times when debtor companies are facing an uncertain future but nevertheless need new capital to survive. Attendees will gain a better understanding of the tools available in distressed financings and restructuring scenarios, the opportunities in which such tools may be successfully deployed and how rescue financings are conducted in different jurisdictions.

This hybrid event, consisting of an in-person seminar and concurrent live stream, promises to be an exciting event, and we welcome all market participants and restructuring professionals in and out of Asia to join us!
